Big thing is I want to know if it's possible to stroke the D15 and make it a 1.6 I was thinking maybe if I got a D16 Crank it would work out. Would I need more or is this even possible. I should have some video up soon on the whole deal of what I got. Got a shop that does Balance here for $75 so that will help. might do minime-mpfi on the D15B7

d15 and d16 have different deck heights
d15z1(vx) and jdm d15 vtec=d16
so if you got a vx or jdm d15 vtec block you could put a 1.6 crank in it
vx/jdm d15 have same length rods as d16's

 

why are you wasting this much money. d16z6 are cheap.

cheap but rare, about $500 or less I believe

 

i gots a D16Y7 block with a 1.5's head wit a DPFI injection... for my daily car... pretty good gain compared to the stk D15B2..
