Looks good, i'm still debating over the smsp or rmf and the mugen twin loop or the t1r exhaust.

Congrats!

So did you install the Mugen exhaust yet? And how does it perform? What about sound?

What about the header, where can I find more information about it?

I guess that's it, enough with the questions

Why would I put a fake Mugen twin loop on my car? It's from King, it's real!

I found the dual core civic radiator couldn't handle full out track duties... once on Rcomps and such... pushing the car and it would overheat on the smaller radiator.

Just something to keep an eye on.

I went so far at the last Expo that I had blocked off the entire front end for the radiator... still not enough for how i was pushing it.

I really didn't want to go all out and buy a full FAL setup, just one FAL was okay for me.. The 12" didn't have enough CFM's as the 14" did, but I did have to modify the 14 to fit right.

the smaller core radiator has the same surface area as the full size core. it also has the same coolan capacity.

Same surface area? What are you smoking, the same surface area as a normal Integra sized radiator? More like 1/2 the surface area.

Looks good. If you do have problems with the radiator I would suggest a 99 civic Si Fluidyne unit. I ran one on my race car (built GSR motor) and I never had any sort of overheating problems. Most of the other companies only make full width units.

umm actually. those small rads have dual core.. and our integra ones has single core and wide. therefor they actually hold almost the same amount of coolant.

so far i dont really have any problems with the rad yet.
but i never been to track with this set up yet. so i couldnt tell you guys.
but in street it's okay still

My dual core setup was fine for awhile. But once I switched over to Rcomps and race pads... I could carry alot more speed everywhere... and the dual core just stopped being enough. Like I had said also, blocking off the unused areas up front and isolating the air for the radiator... didn't fix it either.

And about the surface area... yeah... it might be half size dual core vs full size single core.... but other things can come into play. The full size makes more effective useage of the stock front opening (assuming you haven't blocked the area off). You can also run dual fans.

Just note.. i'm no expert... just talking from personal experience. Finding that your temps are for the first time rising.... and then pegged... kinda makes you rethink the cooling of your powerplant.

The twin loop is quite stealthy. That's why I bought one.

Additionally, the fans serve no purpose when you're moving - so that point is moot.

I'd go with a higher capacity unit, or full width one if you see any kind of track duty.

fwiw, I use the stock itr radiator and fans with turbo and no problems here on the street. I definitely will upgrade for track duty, however...
