Default Stripping paint off Lip?

I have a 98+ OEM ITR lip and it's painted yellow, but want to paint it black. Is there anything that can stip the paint off without hurting the lip?

-I would search but it's down-

Oh an does anyone know what bolt size fits? The OEM ones are too short and won't tighten all the way.

u could sand it, prime it, and paint it. i did that with an ebp si lip. and my oem bolts were size 10. u can get longer ones at pep boys or autozone.

I was thinking of just stripping it and take it to Macco or something for them to paint.

You do not need to strip the paint off. Id suggest going over everything with 320 grit and then prime followed by sanding with 400-600 grit. At this point you would be ready for color and clear. Thats my suggestion.
