i dont remember what white smoke means. is it that im burning fuel?!!

how`s your oil consumption?

 

this is for a friends car, bu t he says he had to add a qt a month and a half after his last oil change. i thought the smoke was black if your burning oil..

 

burning oil you say? you may want to check the coolant reservoir for any oil. since water and oil dont mix they look like little bubbles sufficing on top. it may be a leaky gasket. if so, do a radiator leak down test to make sure theres a leak somewhere.
