Is this normal? WHen it shifts over 3000 rpm it is smoother, but when it shifts under that is seems harsh. It has 113,000 miles. What is the life expectancy of the tranny? Will this engine and tranny go 200K? What is the best way to change fluid, ie. flush or drain and fill?

I think thast common my car shifts smooth but when its less then like 3000 it kinda lunges is what I would say, its not bad but you will move in your seat, my friends got an 02 civic auto and his is starting to do the same thign and hes got 37kms on his. as for the fluid I just pull the plug and drain then fill it, or go to the dealer its like 40$cdn for a drain and fill at honda here
