Default NO HEATER PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

got a 94 cx hatch, which is a factory no a/c car. for some reason the heater will not blow hot air. put in a new heater core, flushed the system, the cable is opening the heater box, and its not the engine cause its done it even after i did the swap? please help

Is the hot woter valve opening in the engine compartment?
right under the tb?

Yeah I would replace the thermostat. Preferably with one not purchased at K-Mart (cheap ones have as good a chance of being DOA as they do working).
