2004 Civic LSD's?

Yes. Most Honda-sold LSD are gear driven Torsen units (like Quaife units).
They are not necessarily the best thing for drag racing, but they are a good, cheap solution for cars that are driven on road courses.
A DC5 ITR Torsen axle/LSD will fit into the stock USDM five speed EP3 gearbox.
