Default STUPID LITTLE PROBLEM THAT I NEED HELP WITH. CAUSING TROUBLE

OK SO I HAVE A D16Z6 IN MY 91 AND MY LOWER PULLEY THE ONE THAT KEEPS MY ALTERNATOR MOVING. WELL I PUT A 91 PLASTIC ON THAT COVERS THE TIMING BELT AND THE PUULEY TOUCHS IT AND FALLS OFF. I PUT A NEW PUULEY AND ALTERNATOR ON FROM A 95 AND IT STILL TOUCHS. ANY ONE KNOW THE PROBLEM?

First of all, turn off your caps button. Why aren't you using the 91 timing belt cover? Use the cover for the engine, then you won't run into this problem. Is the timing belt cover properly secured? All the bolts on? Mounted correctly?

Because the D16Z6 isn't a 91 engine. Why would you put a D16A6 timing belt cover on a D16Z6? Because it matches the chassis?!

I can't really tell what he's saying.
