ek swap b18c What heater hose to get?

I found out that civic heater hose is to small that bolt on to the block. What kind do I get to fit the gsr engine in my civic ?

I used gsr heater hoses for 99 B18C1 into 00 Ek. although I think the civic hoses fit, the gsr hoses are bent to fit much better. got mine from partsbin.com.
