Default M22x's in my LS/Vtec EF.....Predictions?

Whats up guys?

Just recieved my rocket motorsports m22x cams as well as the gen 2 spring/ret. Also went ahead and got some toda cam gears.

MY Current Setup is as follows:

b16 head with mild port & polish.
Rocket Motorsports gen 1 springs and titanium retainers.
Stock valves.
b16a2 cams.
ITR intake manifold. Hondata intake manifold gasket.
Bored throttle body 2 mm over ITR
Stock bottom end in reguards to ITR pistons. 12.2:1 compression
Of course ARP head studs and rod bolts.
Hyro b16 tranny.
OBD-1 Conversion.
440cc injectors.
DC 4-1 Header...
Very restrictive Apexi Worldsport exhaust.
Tuned with crome.

Cars runs AWESOME now. A lot better then i anticipated. Done alot to it over the past year. A good friend of mine who is a local reputable mechanic put the motor together for me about a 1 1/5 years ago. 37k miles later hitting vtec daily the motor is still in awesome shape. Compression about 270 across the board. Runs better then the day i bought it.

To the GOOD:

I recently bought some M22 cams and was going to be putting them in this weekend as well as a re-tune.

I wanted to get some predictions on possible whp or track times. Also wanted to see what you guys thought about me leaving my gen 1 springs and retainers in and just swap the cams out.

Rocket says he would stick with the Gen1s and since hes the man i figured i would listen to him, but thought i would hear what you all motor guys thought as well.

My car has ran 13.64 1/4 mile @ 101 (Slicks). That was before alot of stuff as well as it being untuned at the time.

How much you think these cams are gonna help me? And should i stick with the gen 1 springs and retainers?

Keep in mind on your predictions that i redline at 8800. For traction i have also recently added full race traction bars for the best possible times.

Also, any recommendations for degree settings on my toda cam gears? Never used adjustable cam gears before.
