How and where can I get a type r headlight conversion for my 97?

 

you cant. if your talking US type r they are the same. JDM type R you have to replace the hood, bumper, fenders, headlights, radiator support and bumper support.

 

would they fit right on or would i have to rig it to fit?

 

passwordjdm.com has the itr front conversion!
but i love the usdm look! ahahhaa 98 integra front! just my .02 cent.

 

for the most part they bolt right on with the exception of the radiator core support. You'll need that as well. That part....you'll have to weld on after you remove your existing USDM radiator core support. Now...there will be some that way you don't need to "weld". But I say....for obvious safety reasons and concerns....you're better off welding it on.

 

Good info given already, but personaly I would spend the money on performance, and suspension. Go then show, but thats just me.

Thats why i haven't fixed my dented hood yet

 

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for jdm integ headlights? Please let me know..

the usdm type r it is not the same, you have to change it to the 98-01 front end, which include the headlight, bumper, bumperlight.
