Default about turbo....

hey guys just wnated to get people input on somethign....Which turbo would be best for my 98 Inthegra LS....i was thinking baout a Garett T3 .42-.48..spools up fst....some people said that might be to small and i wont be able to boost mroe than 7 psi....then i said T3/T4 and those people said to much lag onthose turbos not worth it.,... but im just seeing what people think would be the best for my integra....]

well i think those people are ****** idiots. a stock dsm comes with a MUCH smaller turbo at 11psi stock.

Get a GT35r or similar They are the New gen of turbos they will cost you but tis worth it in the long run because they spool better and are more efficient plus they last longer.

im going with the GT35 as well, oh by the way USE SPELL-CHECK thats what its there for!

I had t3 .48 .42 , 45 trim and it spools at 2500 rpm, it's fun, but the fun is over at 6k rpm, turbo runs out of breath. Remember, compressor wheel trim is what matters, not so much the a/r of comp housing.

Get either a t3 super 60 with .60 .48 if you still want to keep the fast spool, or get a t3/t04e
57 trim for higher potential

what's your hp goal?

im selling a GT28RS its a dual ball bearing turbo brand new very fast spool time and good up till 350 crank hp in my sig

same thing with the dsms. it would hit full boost at like 2200, but id have to shift at 6000 because the power drops off a table at that point.
