stuck on what to get
money dont matter but i dont know what would benefit me more. apexi exhaust or omni coilovers. which ones will i notice/enjoy more? also comments about the omnis or apexi are good too. jus lookin to improve all around performance of my car. thanks.
really it depends on what you want. i would think that you would enjoy the coilovers more personally. the exhaust will give you a nice growl, but will add very little horsepower. it'll more or less be noise fixer thingy...yeah. the coilovers should help out your suspension
coupled with an upper strut bar, and perhaps a suspension techniques sway bar set, i think would be the best choice....again personal preference! goodluck!

i got the strut bars already. i jus didnt know what u guys would enjoy having more. if i go with coilovers i will also throw in the sway bars too. yay for handling
Good choice. Considering you're from the Granite State (Sorry about the "old Man In the Mountain" thing (By the way)) you've got FAR more twisty turnies than you do straight aways. Suspension mods are Good.
You might also consider a brake upgrade considering how many washed out roads you're contending with recently (Bummer).
Remember: Go Fast requires Stop Fast too.

I completely agree with what has been stated by madd and P_Adams. I would go with coilovers before exhaust. Coilovers will provide more overall improvements in your car's responsiveness and performance than exhaust.
As far as brand recommendations, I have APEX-i World Sport II cat-back exhaust and absolutely love it. It is a very quiet exhaust until you want it to roar. It doesn't sound raspy or high pitched. I'd recommend this system
I don't have any experience with Omni's so someone else can help you there.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do

now all i need to do is figure out if i should get the sway bars and coilovers all at once or get the coilovers 1st and see how i like it and how it will compare so that i can tell the difference when i do get them. hope it does well with the bumpy roads.

WSII is known to hang really low....

i dont know how it works on the 6th gens, but i would swap out the sway bar for the ex model and get some good polyurethane bushings along with the coilovers. dont forget the camber wear if you drop it low, so you are going to have to add in camber cost
im not gonna drop it more than 2" until spring. i will probly get it while im at it tho so i dont have to install it later. doin it all at once i think is the way to go
If you deal with a lot of bumpy roads, do some research on spring rates (particularly if you're going to drop the suspension). Give some thought to aftermarket adjustable dampening strut assemblies. KYB AGX's sets have been spoken of very favorably.
Suspension Techniques make a comprehensive Front and rear Swaybar Kit including mounting hardware.
Prothane makes polyester Suspention Bushing kits if you want to start going hard-core.
Any Strut Tower Brace that is straight (not bent) is another item you might consider.
You've got plenty of things that can keep you busy.
