Default Seat sliding rail jammed!

I have a quarter that is jamming the sliding rail on my passenger side seat...its a 97 accord and I am wondering how I could go about getting it out....I have tried everything I can think of...I tried prying it out with a long screwdriver and it just jammed it more...so now the seat only can slide about 3 inches....I dont really want to remove my seats...I dont know how much work that would take....any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

It's stuck over a hole in the seat track right? Put a screwdriver on it from the top and beat it through with a hammer.

Unfortunately there is no procedure for removing a foreign objects from a seat track. Usually when this happens with a customer car I try for a couple minutes to work it out with a pick or a screwdriver, but if I don't have any luck I take the seat out. It is really easy it get out.... there are just 4 bolts that hold it in, one at each corner... on the end of the seat tracks. Take the seat out and you will have better access to the seat track.

The same thing happened to me. I ended up having to take the seat out. It really isn't that much work.
