i have a 90 crx si , i had it jacked up from the right rear lift point infront of the rear tire.
It was a little rusty but didnt seem to back , well after about 10 min it gave out just turned to dust just a hole now . My question is how should i go aabout fixing this . nothing else around that area seems to be rusted .

 

Do you know how to weld? and can get some steel plate? if not your just going to have to go get it fixed at a body shop.

 

i cant but my dad can , so would the lip just need to be welded in and just a little piece for the whole or should more be replaced , would that make it a little stronger
