when i step on it my temperture guage goes the opposite of my rpm gauge up on down and my gas gauge goes up even if i have less gas..

 

Sounds like you have a bad ground or a shorted wire. Bad grounds can cause all sorts of weird evil problems that are hard to track down. Pull it out and check for any obvious open wires or rusty/corroded grounds

Yea pull the cluster out and look at the back of it, there is a circut board and lots of plugs/harnesses just check them out and make sure none are corroded or frayed. Then trace the wires back and check out the grounds, those will be the ones bolted to a metal part of the car.
