Looking for a good company to build my single cam vtec.
I am going to rebuild the head and the block. My goal is to get 190-200 whp. The motor will be used for autocross.
what bottom-end dimensions you plan on running???? i dont think you will hit your goal with 90x75.
find a reputable place to sleeve your block and port your head.
golden eagle and RLZ come to mind. although there are many others.

190-200hp on an SOHC VTEC will be crazy for autocross!
Just wondering why you'd need that much hp for Autocross though.
Theres only 1 company I heard that Specializes in SOHC stuff. I read a magazine a few weeks ago that had an high hp sohc but I think it was non-vtec though.

Gude said that they can get me 180whp out of it and they would rebuild the block and head. It is a little expensive. For the money they want I could get a full type R swap. I just want to build the d series because it is somthing different.
I autocrossed a wrx all season and it has about 280whp = fun on the corse. I dont think that is to much power at all.
the numbers you are hoping to get is quite the feat with 98ci. you would have a better shot with 78mm bore. you are still going to have more than 3-4K into it though, even doing most the stuff yourself.
