torque specs for arp main and head studs!?

does anyone know the torque specs for the main and head studs for a b18c1? i lost my sheet and need the specs asap..thanks

Call ARP and ask for some tech support

There are 2 different specs, one for ARP Fastener Lube, and one for Motor oil.
