Default Do you think wetsanding can fix this?

this is my roof, it has cancer. this is the original paint that came with the car, basically do you think if i wetsanded it and polished it up if it would work to make it not so shitty looking.

I'm having a hard time seeing any rust on there. If the paint just looks poor, you could probably buff it out with polishing compound then some good wax if the paint is still in good condition under the clear coat. If not, then a respray would probably be required.

no rust, its just the clearcoat coming off

rest of car isnt the best, but its not doing that

i was hoping for a cheap easy way out of it, guess thats not gonna happen
