Default what plug is this?

im wondering what plug is this and what does it do.. and if i need it for a 96 b series motor converted to obd 1.. im asking this because my motor wont turn over at all even if i jump the started the motor wont budge at all.. idk what is wrong.. any suggestions?

if it is with the dizzy plugs then it's the lift sensor on the EGR. unless your an auto u dont need it

no that plug is next to the o2 sensor and the 2 sensors on the head.. idk what to do with it.. i dont have a egr valve

the motor should turn over with or without that plug as long as your starter is hooked up correctly. does it click or anything when you turn the key?
