the reason im asking is i went in discount tires and they said that i have $166 tires, and they are michelin HX MXM4, he said they were badass tires and i was like.. erm... ok
i dont know if the owner before me put new tires on, but i wanna know if my tires are indeed the stock shitty tires
edit: rating on teh hx mxm4 = 300AA VR

Tread rating means absolutely nothing in most cases. Don't let them tell you that it means how good or bad a certain tire is.
Yes, the oem RSX tires pretty much suck. I certainly would not buy them again. There are so many better tires in a 205/55/16 it isn't funny.

just because they cost alot doesn't mean they grip very well. I've had my car since it was brand new and I can say these tires suck. If I were you and wanted to upgrade I would go with Yok ES100. alot of people will say get azenis but I want something good for wet and dry
