compression test yielded 205,205,205,230 what does this mean?
So my engine is burning oil if I run it at high rpm so I did a compression test and one cylinder is 25psi higher than the rest. I was thinking the casue may be a bad oil control ring that is causing oil to wet the cylinder and increase the compression number.
does this sound possible? has anyone heard of results like this?
I'll probably try some seafoam or ATF in that cylinder overnight and change the oil and test it again.

Thats abnormal but nothing to worry about in itself. However I would have a leakdown test done, that would show any problems with the rings. I admit I don't know too much, but since nobody else came up with a response I thought id head you in the right direction.
what moidel Holset turbo are you running?
The Holset turbo factory is right here in Charleston, SC and my uncle works in the same building that it is in......I might be able to get my hands on a few.
