IDLE 3k after engine swap
My car IDLEs at 3k... crazy high.. what should i do?
i tried to retarded the timing by moving the distrubtor forward & adjust the IDLE screw clockwise to the end.. only managed to get to 1100 RPM (still high) then code 14 (IACV defective circult or unplugged/defective sensor) came on...
what should i do now?

check for vacuum leak around the IACV and vacuum lines and pin ***** leaks in the rubber lines. you put the engine in diagnostic mode before you played with the timing right?
