I was just curious what do you guys launch at on stocks in the type R.

I my self anywere from 5,500-6,000 on streets. Just a little somethign i learned oh god i love lsd .... so what do you guys launch at in your R'z???????

NOPE, i used to own a 2k1 itr.. #87!! Long story lol. and i miss LSD so i think i want to get another type R

No not just for the LSD but i really miss lsd. once you have it and then you dont you will know what i am talking about. It's an essential to every car!

I don't street race, and as of yet I haven't been to a drag strip.

I engage at 1K to 1,200 RPM for daily driving, and about 2K to2,200 for a holeshot!

I just did the ATS/FD and Toda/FW, If I launch any higher in 1st gear I just spin the tires. I have to watch 2nd as well but all in all it's a awesome mod.

The stoplight boys don't deserve this one.

I take off at around 2-3k just starting off normally, i hold the car at friction point for a long time, i'm very bad to my clutch, i'm a very bad manual driver. I need more practise

 

4500 on a gsr

2.2 60's

4000 on a gsr tranny (no lsd )

3k on a spoon tranny, seems to work best for me, any high and i spin too much

 

4000rpms on street tires
and 6500rpms on slicks

 

3,500 on stock tires

 

i have worn NT450's, launch anything above 2.5 and i light em up all through 1st

 

About 4 grand and I ease the clutch in. I hit consistant 2.2 and 2.3 60' times.

 

hehe thats a start if you know how to launch at 4-5 grand on a non LSD tranny, you will have fun launching in the ITR > Damn LSD is gods gift to racers...and i mean launching at street races or track... (stocks) come on guys, sumone has to use the lsd like i do 6,000 were u at!!

 

funny thing is the stock R lsd isn't even close compared to the other big name
lsd's like kaaz and quaiffe
