Default My not so aerodynamic sunroof plug

I drank too much beer and.....
I used a box of aluninum rivets and a 25gauge sheet metal, and a hand riveter.

Next time, start riveting in the middle and work you way out.

YES, I will remember that next time...first time working with riveters. So how do I remove the rivets? Drill them out?

Atleast I am able to drive the car to get my rollcage done and pose at my local tim hortons....:d

Yes you will have to drill them. Be sure not to bore the holes out when drilling

When you drill, use the same or one size smaller drill bit. All you need is to remove the center piece of the rivet.

ahhhh...you just need a few pounds of mud to fix it. maybe just some caulk to seal out the rain
