Default Tunertoys I-Beam rods.

Hey, I have a question. I purchased I-beam rods for my D-series and Wondering I have to notch the block? Ive heard I-Beams do not require notching but Want to make sure. Also Searched and found nothing for Tunertoys I-Beams. Thanks.

What he said.

I highly doubt you'll have to with I-beam rods, i had to with my H-Beam, but it wasn't a big deal. I just took a grinding stone bit to the end of a drill.

Gotcha. Only reason I ask is because Im going to have to gather the Bearings and eveyrthing else to assemble it and then back to the Machine shop. Actually screw it I'll just ask the Machine shop to notch it anyway if it needs it or not just to be safe. Mods you can close this.
