Default Slow reving d15b7

well i recently finished my d15b1 to b7 swap(b1 with burnt exhaust valve and 140 psi of compression) i didnt use the mpfi from the b7 as i didnt have all the stuff to do the swap, so i kept my dpfi and b1 dizzy and threw on a CAI..when the engine is cold, it revs fine, but after its warm it has a hesitation from idle, after it breaks idle and passes 1500 it redlines quick. its not throwin any codes..ive checked the cam timing and its dead on. im also havin trouble settin the dizzy timing(which is part of the reving problem im sure) i have the dizzy set all the way back and its still about 5 degrees to low..somethin diffrent about the b7?? it runs good and pulls hard..just that hesitation and the timing is killin me..any suggestions would be great!!
