Default My new powder coated rims

Just got them powder coated, looks like gunmetal but its a bit lighter, colours called "storm cloud." They're GSR rims in case you can't tell. Should I leave them without the ceter caps?

It was $250 CAN, but thats because they had to fix a curb mark and there was some corrosion so it took more time. Just for the powder coating you'll probably pay $40-50 per wheel.

Thanks, I really like them too.

Wow, that's a good price. Everywhere in NJ is $75 per wheel. That's also not including stripping the paint/sandblasting it. Hmph.

The top pick almost looks bronze but really they look more like the second pick, didn't have the flash on. Damn, if you convert what I paid to US$ it was a good price, about $160US BTW, I took them to a metal refinishing shop not a wheel shop, maybe thats why it was cheaper?

Wow, I think I might have to do that to my 97' GSR's. They look really good. I might just sand mine down and spray them myself though, since I have Si rims already I could have the GSR's as a spare set.

Good Work,
Jon
