HELP car will not start after sitting for 20 min

HELP car will not start after sitting for 20 min
98 civic ex. After car sits for 20-30 min, car will not start and smells like gas out the exhaust.. I have replaced the main relay/cap/rotor/coil/plugs/and ecu I need some help, I did a search but found nothing
