Default stock gsr compression, should I keep my buddy club spec 3+ cams

Set Up:
b18c1
b16 trans
head milled 10 thousandths
buddy club spec 3 + cams
omni valve-train with ti retainers
skunk 2 intake mani
dc sports 4-2-1 2.25 collector
will be upgrading to jdm itr soon
2.5 custom exhaust
aem cai
chipped p28 with basically a lightly modified gsr map (I don't know much about ecus)

Im not looking to do a tare down so the block will remain stock, im just looking to get more power. I was wondering if any one had any recommendations on dif. cams or what, any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

If your block will remain stock, why change those cams? Even BC3+ require more cr then b18c1 provides. Yes they work OK with stock CR, but much better with higher one.

I see that your head is milled slightly, also Omni valve train, does that include flat valves?

Anyway, if you are getting JDM itr motor soon, what is the point?

I run bc3+ with b18c1 and 11.5:1 cr, and they work great. Can I get more power with different cams? Yes, but BC3+ delivers very nice powerband, and after 20K it is not eating away at the rocker arms either, so all in all reasonable compromise. Not to mention that with BC3+ you car run stock GSR intake valve spring setup, which again results is less abuse because of less seat pressure.

Anyway try not to over-cam your motor, you are better off with slightly smaller ones...
