Default Nitto NT-01 Tires

I need a new set of track tires and I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with the Nitto NT-01's. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

I also read the review in SCC last month. They said just the opposite about braking... the review in SCC claimed that the tire gave up easy when thresh-hold braking, while the link to the review that Raging Angel posted said the braking was great.

I think this tire will be a great entry level R-compound but will not be competitive to the other tires such as Toyos, Hoosiers or Kumhos.. and performance would also depend on application.

EDIT: For the price, I would spend the extra 80 bucks for a set of A048s.

I've read that they're good for the money, but some of the more expensive track tires are better if you can afford them.
