Vafc or Vafc 2

I need of vafc and I'm wondering which one I should buy. The 2nd doesnt seem to be that much better than the 1st. The 1st is $100 cheaper. What do u guys think?

i would think the extra $100 would be worth it. more tunability. thats just my two cents
