Just washed/waxed my 200.00 Beater: 89 MX6 Turbo
next on the list are lowering springs and black 15 x 7 gt3's which are both on the way.
here are a few pictures...(its cleaning up pretty nicely considering its purchase price: 200.00)
the car runs/drives/ac blows cold. it still needs to be cleaned more thoroughly inside as it was owned by a mechanic who jumped in it after work and must have been covered in grease 90% of the time.

i need to clean the engine bay and install the springs/wheels once they arrive.

i actually have a little more invested into the car at this point.
200 for the car.
75 for an alternator.
45 for a battery.
10 for an alt belt.
That comes out to like 330 total...which still isn't too bad. I'm sure i can get 1500 for the car pretty easily...although i'd like to get like 1800 for it with the 200 dollar lowering springs i'm going to install this week.

springs just arrived.
on a kinda funny side note...the car STILL has a lien on it (just found this out). which means i need to impound it for 30 days before i can acquire a clean lien free florida title. thankfully i'm in the right business...
looks like i'll be buying a 95 eclipse GST i've been looking at so i'll have a decent daily driver.

J/K love it
..........
except for the carpeting on your dash
</TD></TR></TABLE>
the carpeting hides a pretty big crack...i figure its better to have the white trash dash carpet than to look at it...although i plan on finding a new dash for it. (haha)
i now have 30 days to spend on it...which means i'm going to want 2000 for it when its time to sell the piece of ****.
