clutch master cylinder???

Default clutch master cylinder???

my problem is i have to push like hell on the clutch pedal in order for my car to turn on could my clutch master cylinder be going out??? i have to literaly push the shiyat on my clutch pedal to where it hits the firewall...if this is what the problem is how do i go about fixing it???

The 88-91 Civics, CRX don't have a clutch MC unless you have converted it. Your clutch is cable clutch.

u do have a switch on the clutch pedal that when u oress it it allows u to turn on ur car....check it u can adjust it

my crx does this every now and then.. usually when the weather changes..

all I do is turn the key to start and then slam the pedal down.

check your pedal assembly for cracks around the clutch pivot points
