i have two cable speed sensors for b series. i did a search and found that a d series cable speed sensor might be compatible with b series trannies, is this actually true. i thing with my two cable b series VSS is that when i try to put it in, the speedo doesnt go all the way in. could it be the two cable speedo's i have are for automatics, or do i need a manual cable sensor for a manual transmission?

 

the d series will work but im not sure about the auto part.
