Help throwin a cel

alright so im throwin a cel
1 long 8 short 18 its not on the list
also abs light is flashing 8 long 2 short dont know wtf that is
Need some help peeps

You must be counting wrong. There is a long pause between the end and beginning when the code is being displayed. Count gain just to make shure.
