Default Another which one...Lincoln pro mig 140 or hobart handler 140?

Lowes has a lincoln pro mig 140 for about $465
Tractor supply has the handler 140 for about $450ish

Which is a better rig and why? I'm looking to start doing exhust work and such, basic hobby stuff. Possibly a manifold and new downpipe in the future. I just read somewhere that the pro mig is a different machine than generally sold in welding stores and to be leary because it's not the same quality. The handler is a few $$ cheaper, but not a substantial amount.

What are your reccomendations?
