Like the title says, we're getting a solid CEL and the ECU is blinking once, i would jump on bad ECU, but i've yet to have a bad ECU not go to limp mode and atleast run the car. We tried disconnecting the conversion harness and plugged in a D15 ECU, solid CEL again, but the car popped alot trying to start it. Went back to the B16 ECU and messed around the the firing order, basically made it completely random, it popped, this leads me to believe it's getting fuel, however, when removing a spark plug and cranking it, gas vapor doesn't shoot from the hole.

The Solid CEL i've had from my car having the IAC motor unhooked, car wouldn't start, solid CEL, plugged it back in, no problem. Any ideas?
