Default Type R seats---How adjustable are they?2001 and earlier

Wanted to know what adjustments do the type R seats offer. I've seen Integra Ls fully adjustable seats. How about the R model. Always seen them for sale but what about the adjustment on them, what does it offer?

Nope.

If you're too short you can use a phone book or you're sol.

And it's manual, not electric.

Dam, that sucks dude,I'm a tall *** Dude and I always have mine at the lowest ride adjustment. So the R has no Ride adjustment on the seats.

not 100% sure, but i think itr should be same height as gsr when **** has been adjusted to the lowest setting, if anything, gsr seat allows to raise the rear part of the pan, and if it allows for lower seating, it can't be that much lower

IIRC, you're right, if the Type R seat isn't just a hair lower than a GSR seat on full low.

You can try del Sol seats. They sit lower than Integra seats.

I'm 6'3" and the ITR seats in my EK were just fine... in fact, they sat lower than the stock EK seats.... My gf has a stock ek and everytime I drove her car I felt like i was driving a truck.

The thing is IM going to start autoX. And wanting to change my interior to Type R interior for the longest because of the color difference mainly to have it finally matching. The seats I have in the car right now are comfortable Ls seats (fully adjustable) Blueish/black. Couldn't believe what adjustment this seat came with. I was hopping when I change the seats that I still had lumbar adjustment and height adjustments. Knowing how tall I'am, it makes a big difference. I don't need to look like IM driving a tractor trailer.

if you're serious about autocross then don't change interiors.
