if you have bought it already then i pity you. i think that will be too small even for 7psi, although it will spool very quickly. it just won't provide good efficiency up top. but it sounds like you've already bought it, so good luck with fuel management (get it tuned!) and don't boost over like 7psi, 10psi TOPS unless you plan on throwing that turbo in the trash in a year and buying another turbo.

Id go with a T3/T4 set up instead but the T3 you have listed is good too

why the hell would you want a T3/T4? so you can have slow spool-up? are you one of those ninnies that goes around saying huge lag is good for your gas mileage? then don't get a turbo.

T3/T4's aren't really efficient on these small motors until AT LEAST 12-15psi. running anything less will just get you big turbo lag for small turbo power. for <15psi get a T3 Super-60 or something at least so you can have humane lag and good power. better yet a GT28R or GT2871R if you want to go big-time.

haha no that depends on the trim level you get. The reason T3/T4's are good is because your getting the quick spool up of a T3 and the nice top end of the T4. My friend is running one on his Integra right now and has quick spool up and awesome topend.
