Are you talking revving about above the stock limiter or what?

did you rev really high recently? that can bend valves which makes the car run poorly thereafter. try a quick compression check.

I ASK BECAUSE THIS PROBLEM ALL STARTED WHEN I WENT FROM 3RD TO SECOND INSTEAD OF 4TH,THE CAR PROBABLY REVVED WAY HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BECAUSE I BENT VALVES AND SPUN BEARINGS BUT I GOT THAT ALL FIXED.THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE ELECTRICAL BECAUSE IT IS SPORADIC.SOMETIMES IT RUNS GOOD OTHER TIMES THE IDLE FLUCTIATES TO ALMOST STALLING THEN PICKS BACKUP AND REPEATS.ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THERE ECU.

And after reading that I would say take it back to the place that worked on the car and tell them it isn't fixed still.

I may be wrong, but I would think the ECU either works or it doesnt.
If you think thats the problem though, maybe try resetting it.

ur problem is a simple one. it's either a vacuum leak or a clogged/misfunctioning IACV.

Vacuum leak? Highly unlikely. Check the:
coil
distributor and dissy internals

possibly replace the main relay that is located by the fuse box in the cabin.

Since these are all cheap items, test and or replace those first then if that doesn't solve it, take it back to the mechanic.

Ignition coils and ignitors arent really cheap.

The helms has diagnostic procedure for all of those items - get out your voltmeter and start tracking it down
