195/50-15 or 205/50-15 in 38 offset rims?
you guys think i can get away with 205/50-15 with out rubing on 15"X6.5 with 38 offset? i have a 1999 civic with around 2inch drop or more....
I did this exact setup, my wheels were Rota C-8 and tires were Falken Azenis. With all the inquiries I made, and everyone making strong statements that it will not rub ...... It did. It rubs on the rear on the upper outer fender lip unless u roll that lip.
Stick with the 195/50 or a narrower 205/50.

it may or may not rub-it's very close.i've run that setup, and had no problems.other people i've seen barely hit the rear fender lips.
have you corrected the camber in the rear?if not, that extra negative camber will help tuck it in behind the lip.
as said above, the "wider" 205s-such as the Azenis-will add to the problem.
i say if you want 205s,get them.if you do rub,it shouldn't be much,and isn't hard to fix.
