Default SUSPENSION , VTEC

Good day to all. I have two issues with my 95 coupe. First problem is when I'm driving over 60 mph my front drivetrain starts to shake erraticly while turning.
My second issue is that everytime i pop VTEC it just gets stuck at the engagement point and starts to relay. It actually sound like a motorcycle. Now I was told it could be the solenoid or several other things but i need to come to ht to get some insight before i take the car to the mechanic.. i currently disabled VTEC. Please help!!

I'm down right surprised that you can even hear the vtec in a SOHC. About the suspension, have you checked the axles, cv boots, etc? What do you mean the vtec just gets stuck there?

well sicky my engagement point for VTEC is at 5200rpms and it just flutters and doesnt budge. like i said it gets stuck there. ive had some minor problems and the other day i was a my mechanic's house and finally fixed one of my problems which was the distributor cap. after changing to a stock ignition my problems where fixed. so i took it for a test drive and punched it and when VTEC engaged it sat there fluttering and then boooom it pull passed the 5200 mark. so i give a couple more runs to see if the problem persists and on the last run it just would not budge.
