Default 97 Accord EX m/t "interior swap"

Few days ago I was working with an Acura (..i believe it was a CL.., but not sure what year was..)
So, the dashboard looks similar to the accord, except that the Acura one has a nicer look with a "wood" trim, but... overall .... they looked alike!!!
Would a interior dash, and maybe the doors panels fit in my honda accord?
Thanks

Acura is in relation to honda, so, depending on the generation of the acura and the honda, because i believe as long as their both the same generation they should be pretty much alike, so you find a mid to late 90's model acura and have a look see, i couldnt really tell ya 100% though, maybe someone else has a little more insight on the acura interior design?

I knew that Acuras belonged to honda.... ...but yeahh... ...would the dimensions and everything have a perfect fit?!
When you look from outside, fenders, quarter panels, doors, rear window and trunk lids and pretty much everything else is totally different.... but the interior, looked like it could fit....
Hopefully someone may know this, or even someone has done this "swap"....!
Thanks!!!

Well... ...It would be really stupid for me to go to a junkyard, buy a the whole dash... bring it home and find out that it wouldn't fit.... ...but maybe... it could be really nice to have it "perfectly fit" inside the car....
..who knows?!...
....these moments... I wish I had a lot of money, so it wouldn't hurt my pocket if something goes wrong, because junkyards don't give returns or take parts back...

hey i don't know if that would work, but you may want to ask HondaTechPro. he is a technician for honda and may know if that swap is possible. You can def. reach him in the ask a technician sticky. That would be awesome if it would work. if you find out other than in this post let me know.

Someones' going to have to coroborate this for you but I believe the 5th Gen Accords share the same 'Cabin" sheetmetal. IE: everything between the front fenders, rear quarter panels and trunk lid as the same year Acura CL series. I suspect the coupe versions are identical under the skin. Some judicious research in both the Honda and Acura Parts books should prove the similarities.
