Default Exhaust for motor swap

I'm swapping a 01 gsr into my hatch and was wondering what exhaust pipes I would need to use. Can I still reuse my catalytic converter? I have a usdm type r header that came with the swap. What do I need after the exhause manifold and what can I reuse? Anything will help.

Just installed my swap and it has about a 3-4 inch gap between the header lower pipe and the catalytic converter. Did anyone run into this problem? How can I get it to bolt up? The flange is different as well. Need help...
