Ok with the key just on is the gauge suppose to jump up? Mine stayed at zero is that normal ? ? ? but when i get the car started its goes to about 46 psi and right when i turn off the motor its drop to zero right away... is that normal? HELP people help

edit: someone just told me it could be my fuel filter being clogged up that why its doing all this.... would that be it?

No, when you turn the car off it should have a little pressure left in the fuel rail. When you do get it started, do you have the vaccum line on or off of the FPR? if it is off then put it back on and tell us what the psi is. If it is on turn the psi down to about 32ish. See if that helps, But JFYI, B&M gauges are not the best. Mine broke and stuck at 60psi, so i bought a marshall liquid filled, much better.

Sounds like your FPR isn't working right. Like it's not holding pressure until your motor starts making vacuum. Take it back and exchange it for another one. But if you have the $$ change it for an AEM or something. Those B&M command flows really are not that good at all.
