Default How much would you pay for a brand new OEM ....

A BRAND NEW OEM GENUINE Honda catalytic convertor for a 96-00 Honda Civic Coupe? I know that from the dealer they're over $1000, I was just wondering how much would I be able to get for it if I was to sell it?

Lemme know, serious prices no gay "50cents" replies haha.

maybe 150 if its brand spaking new if you have the right buyer. most cats last a long time and ppl will only use them for smog so not to many ppl are going to spend that much on a cat....you do know its illegal to sell used cats though right?

i got an ls cat for 70 and im selling my ex cat for 60

so you would spend 1000 for it and not use it all and then try to sell it?

i just bought a catalytic converter from autozone, a direct fit one (Arvin). I like it cause it is adjustable in length and can rotate it to make it fit like stock or if you want it a little longer than stock, then use a clamp to clamp it from moving or get it welded permanently. It was about $100, and comes with a lifetime warranty. I dont know why somebody would spend $1000 for an OEM one when you can buy one from autozone brand new with a lifetime warranty. I also just got it inspected and it my jdm gsr engine passed smog with it.

Honda offers a extended warranty on the emissions system anyway so most people don't spend $1000 on a cat, they get it done for free.
