AHHH!!! I ripped the emblem off, but the paint came with it!!! WAHHH!!!

HEy i tried to take the front emblem off (aftermarket red 
) I had the bumper repainted to match the Frost White color and when the body shop took the front emblem off and replaced it, they used some super strong glue. I heated the emblem and got it off, but the foam double sides tape and glue is still stuck the bumper. I tried to heat the glue with a hair dryer, but when i took the glue off on the side, the paint came off with it. Now I have this chipped area, which i used nail polish to seal the paint, and I have this area where the black foam is still stuck to the glue. 
Anyone have any ideas?
