PLEASE HELP ME HELP MY D/S WINDOW: It's all f'ed up!
My driver side window is all messed up. Everytime I try to roll it up, it goes up like this:
The best I've been able to roll it up is like this:
I removed the door panel and checked it out. The bottom window track slides back and forth like nobody's business. I'm guessing this isn't normal.
Neither the front or back part of the glass are staying in their respective vertical tracks.
Does anyone how I go about fixing this? When I rains the whole damn and seat, dash and carpet get soaksed. Not mention the window is all retarded looking. I know I'm missing the top inside metal metal that goes between the glass and the door panel but I'd never seemed to make a difference before. I've alerady started calling places to get them to fix it but I'm not even sure what kind of place to call.

in the last picture it looks like the thing is bent and it probably made the window go out of the tracks. i would just go to picknpull and get a whole nother set up minus the window.

I also thougt the two black tracks were bent. But when I tried to unbend them, they won't budge. I have an automatic '89 DX but I don't know exactly where the problem is. It would suck to replace all that stuff I really don't need to.

The scissor rack is bent! My pass. side window looked exactly the same when I bought my Si. But I swapped it out with a new one when I did the power window conversion

I'm guessing that's the silver "X" looking thing that holding the glass?
I've got another CRX (auto '89 DX). I guess I'll take it out of that.
