i was wondering what header to get that will bolt up to my gsr motor to the cat, so i dont have to do any welding. thanks alot.

i heard (HEARD not even 25% sure) that a b16 ex-mani will fit perfect but i havent seen first hand

I wasn't aware that you need to weld headers for a swap? maybe your engine sits low for some reason?

 

not weld the headers but after the cat to make everything fit.

 

really unless someone else proves other wise, (or if I'm just misunderstanding the question) the only problem that i know with swaps and exhaust manifolds/headers is that if for some reason your motor sits too high, or too low, you can split/pinch your headers. But if that's the case you'd have to re-mount your motor

B series headers should fit a B series motor on just about any swap. (I haven't seen any other problem except for the one explained above)

 

It all depends, I just threw a GSR into my Si. I tried to put a 00-01 GSR Header onto it, but it was too short and the flange was at a different location. I believe that the older GSR Header fits without modification
